To celebrate the unbelievable amount of new members AND the shop grand opening (see the sale note below), we are having a Buggy Blog Hop. First Challenge - Coming April 20th!

Hi ya!
I just wanted to say thanks to my new and hardworking design team, the Tiddly Inkers, who have already started working on new cards, tutorials and challenge ideas. It is amazing. :)

In fact, our first challenge will begin on April 20 and I will be giving away a $10 store credit to one lucky winner. :) If you want to play along, come back on April 20. Can't wait to see what you come up with. :)

We now have a design team! :)

And what a team it is....I had to narrow it down from 25 amazing entries and with a little help from more than 130 people, I have done so. :) Thanks to each entry and to each person who voted. I asked for the top 5 to 7 cards and the top three cards appeared on almost everyone's list. What an accomplishment, Lissa, Lysa, and Emma. :)

While the voting was important, it was not the only deciding factor, as I visited blogs and weighed other factors as well. At this point, I wanted to only choose 5 members, but I ended up with 6 outstanding members. :) I also decided to offer some guest spots as so many more than those 6 were so spectacular.

If you were not selected for the team this time, please understand that this was a very difficult decision and this is just the first round. :) I hope you will consider participating at a later date and helping us build a strong place to share ideas and friendship, a place where we can all grow and have a reason to create with fun and unique images.

DT announcement postponed until April 12

Hi everyone,
I am here to apologize for a delay in the announcement of my design team...they are picked and they have been notified, but I had some other guest spots lined up too and I want to do the announcement justice and I just can't today.
I have been run over by a truck---well, the germ-filled truck that got my daughter on Friday and I haven't left my bed today except to write this apology. If it runs a course similar to my daughter's illness I will be fine tomorrow, but for today, I am going back to bed. I have a very high fever, so if none of this makes sense, I apologize for that too...LOL
